If the vacuum-formed packaging becomes incompatible with the customer's automated equipment due to issues with our design or mold manufacturing, we will modify the mold free of charge and produce new samples for customer testing until full compatibility is achieved. If incompatibility arises from changes to the customer's equipment parameters, we will modify the mold at cost price to minimize customer losses.
