BlissPak takes full responsibility for every order, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the thermoforming packaging process with efficient responses and professional solutions, providing a solid foundation for your production and delivery.

Quality Issue Resolution

Within 15 business days of receiving the goods, if quality issues arise due to BlissPak's production (e.g., molding damage, uneven wall thickness, printing errors or omissions, materials not matching specifications), BlissPak will remake/replace the products free of charge and cover all round-trip shipping costs. If the bulk order differs from the confirmed pre-production sample, BlissPak will unconditionally rectify it to meet the sample standard.

Logistics Damage Protection

For product damage occurring during transit (excluding post-delivery human damage), simply provide your order number + photos/videos of the damage + the shipping label. Upon verification, BlissPak will reship the damaged parts free of charge within 2 business days. For high-value orders with damage, partial refunds or compensation may be negotiated based on actual circumstances with BlissPak.

Customization Error Correction

If BlissPak's design or production errors cause vacuum-formed product specifications/dimensions to deviate from confirmed drawings/samples, BlissPak will unconditionally rework the order at no cost. BlissPak will expedite production to ensure delivery timelines without any additional charges.

Long-Term Partnership Assurance

For fixed-specification orders under long-term partnerships, BlissPak provides a 3-month quality warranty period. During this period, non-human-induced quality issues will be addressed free of charge by BlissPak. For high-value custom orders, BlissPak conducts regular follow-ups to verify product usage status and promptly resolve potential issues.
