Quality Control

All blister products and molds provided by BlissPak fully comply with ISO9001 quality management system standards and relevant international environmental protection regulations. In the event of any quality defect arising from BlissPak’s production process, design flaw or material issue, we will, in strict accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract, provide free rework, replacement or full refund services, and bear all corresponding logistics costs incurred thereby.

Delivery Date Guarantee

Prior to the commencement of production, BlissPak will confirm the precise delivery date with you through formal confirmation and strictly adhere to the agreed timeline for production and delivery. Should unavoidable factors (such as force majeure, sudden equipment failure, etc.) affect the scheduled delivery date, we will proactively notify you within 48 hours and propose a reasonable and feasible solution promptly to minimize potential losses to your business.

Intellectual Property Protection

BlissPak respects and strictly protects your intellectual property rights. All drawings, design schemes, product specifications and other confidential information provided by you will be managed with the highest level of confidentiality. We are willing to sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you as required, and we solemnly commit not to disclose, use, replicate or resell any of your related intellectual property or confidential information to any third party without your written authorization.

After-Sales Support Service

BlissPak provides a 12-month after-sales warranty service for blister molds and a 6-month after-sales warranty service for blister products (counting from the date of delivery). If you encounter any problems during product use, mold maintenance or daily operation, our professional technical support team will respond within 24 hours, and provide timely online guidance, remote troubleshooting or on-site service (if necessary) to resolve your issues efficiently and ensure the smooth operation of your production.

Transparent Quotation Guarantee

BlissPak adheres to the principle of open and transparent quotation. All quotations provided by us include detailed breakdowns of raw material costs, mold manufacturing costs, production processing costs, packaging costs and logistics costs (if specified in the cooperation). There are no hidden charges of any kind. We will provide you with a detailed quotation list for review, and explain the composition of each cost item in detail according to your needs to ensure you have a clear understanding of every expenditure.
