BlissPak biodegradable blister packaging is mainly made of Sugarcane Bagasse and corn starch plant-based compostable materials. All raw materials are sourced from certified eco-friendly suppliers, fully compliant with food-grade safety standards and international compostable regulations. Our eco-blister can achieve complete degradation under industrial composting conditions, breaking down into carbon dioxide, water and organic biomass, with zero plastic residue, zero micro-plastics and no soil pollution. No traditional plastic particles are added in the whole formula, truly realizing renewable, low-carbon and fully sustainable packaging.

Yes. Our eco-friendly blister adopts specially optimized food-grade biodegradable formula, with excellent oil resistance, water resistance and weak acid & alkali resistance. It can safely contact burger sauce, salad dressing, fruit acid, hot soup and high-oil baked food without chemical precipitation, odor transfer or material softening. All products are BPA-free, odorless and non-toxic, fully meeting global food contact requirements for catering, dessert and fresh food packaging.
We adjust material ratio and optimize blister molding structure exclusively for eco-friendly materials. Our biodegradable blister maintains equivalent rigidity, toughness and compression resistance to conventional PP and PET blister. It is not easy to deform, collapse or crack during carton stacking, multi-layer pallet storage and long-distance container transportation. The reinforced edge design solves the common pain point of easy brittleness of ordinary degradable materials, fully adapting to commercial wholesale and logistics circulation.
Absolutely. We provide custom low-temperature resistant biodegradable formulations. The specially modified plant-based material maintains good flexibility and toughness under long-term refrigeration, deep freezing and temperature difference changes. It will not become hard, brittle or crack in low-temperature environments, perfectly suitable for cold fresh food, frozen desserts, fruit packaging and full cold-chain distribution scenarios.
Under industrial high-temperature composting conditions, our eco-blister can be completely degraded in a standard cycle. Under natural soil and outdoor environment, it will gradually degrade over time without producing persistent plastic pollution or micro-plastic residues. It does not rely on manual treatment, and will not cause environmental burden after disposal, suitable for catering waste centralized composting and green city environmental requirements.
