I. OEM Service
The core of our OEM service is to accurately match the customer's existing design scheme, focus on the refined execution of the production process, and fully cooperate with customer needs to ensure that the products are completely consistent with customer expectations, which is worry-free and efficient.
What the customer needs to provide:Complete blister packaging design drawings (in formats such as CAD/AI), product samples, clear specifications (size, thickness, material), brand logo and labeling requirements. If there are special processes (such as anti-static, scratch-resistant, flocking, etc.), please specify in advance.
Our service process:
Demand Connection: Assign an exclusive contact person to verify the design drawings, samples and various requirements provided by the customer, confirm production details, batch quantity, delivery cycle and quotation, and sign a formal cooperation agreement.
Mold Preparation: According to the customer's drawings/samples, quickly adjust the existing molds (if there are matching molds) or accurately open new molds (the customer bears the mold opening cost, and part of the mold opening cost can be negotiated and refunded for subsequent batch orders). After mold opening, trial production is carried out to ensure that the mold accuracy meets the requirements.
Sample Confirmation: After trial production, samples are issued and sent to the customer for verification. The customer can put forward minor adjustment opinions (not involving major changes to the design scheme), and we will modify them free of charge until the customer confirms they are qualified.
Mass Production: After the sample is confirmed, mass production is started. The whole process adopts an automated production line, strictly controls the material, thickness and process according to customer requirements, and real-time monitors the production progress to avoid problems such as dimensional deviation and damage.
Quality Inspection and Delivery: After production is completed, a comprehensive quality inspection (appearance, size, thickness, process compliance, etc.) is carried out on each batch of products to eliminate unqualified products and ensure the qualification rate. After passing the quality inspection, package and ship according to customer requirements, and track the logistics throughout the process to ensure on-time delivery.

What the customer needs to provide:Clear product use (such as electronic component protection, food fresh-keeping, beauty display, auto parts packaging, etc.), product size (or product samples), budget range, core requirements (such as environmental protection materials, anti-static, sterile, aesthetic preferences, etc.). If there are brand-related design elements (logo, color matching), they can be provided together.
Our service process:
Demand Communication: The exclusive design team conducts in-depth communication with customers to sort out the details of needs, and provides preliminary scheme suggestions combined with industry experience and market trends, clarifying the design direction, material selection, process scheme and approximate quotation.
Scheme Design and Optimization: The design team issues complete blister packaging design drawings (including structural design, material description, process details) according to customer needs for customer review. Customers can put forward modification opinions, and the design team will optimize and adjust them free of charge until the customer confirms the design scheme.
Mold R&D and Sampling: After the design scheme is confirmed, mold R&D is started. After R&D is completed, sample sampling is carried out, and the samples are sent to the customer. The customer can actually test the packaging adaptability, protection effect, etc., put forward fine-tuning opinions, and we will modify the samples free of charge until the customer is satisfied.
Mass Production: After the sample is confirmed to be qualified, it is transferred to mass production. The production quality is strictly controlled throughout the process, the production progress is followed up synchronously, and the production status is fed back to the customer in a timely manner to ensure that the production process is transparent and controllable.
Quality Inspection and Delivery: After production is completed, a comprehensive quality inspection is carried out to ensure that the products meet the design requirements and relevant standards; complete packaging and labeling (as needed) according to customer requirements, arrange logistics and shipping, and track the delivery progress throughout the process to ensure that the products arrive on time.
