This Privacy Protection Policy (the "Policy") is formulated by BlissPak (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our") to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting the privacy of our users, customers, partners and other relevant parties (hereinafter referred to as "users"), and to strictly safeguard the confidentiality of commercial secrets. We abide by applicable international and local data protection laws and regulations, and take all reasonable and necessary measures to ensure that user information and commercial secrets are not leaked, misused or improperly accessed. Commercial secrets refer to technical information, business information and other information that are not known to the public, can bring economic benefits to the obligee, have practicality, and are protected by the obligee with confidentiality measures. This includes but is not limited to our company's technical formulas, process flow, R&D results, customer lists, supply chain information, pricing strategies, financial data, business plans, as well as commercial secrets provided by users, partners and other related parties to us on the basis of trust.

3.2 Protection of Commercial Secrets

We classify and grade commercial secrets, formulate strict confidentiality management systems, and take corresponding protection measures according to the level of commercial secrets. We restrict the scope of personnel who can access commercial secrets, and only authorize employees who need to know the secrets to access them for legitimate business purposes. We sign non-disclosure agreements with employees, partners, suppliers and other relevant personnel who may come into contact with commercial secrets, and clarify their confidentiality obligations during and after the termination of cooperation or employment.

3.3 Prohibition of Disclosure and Misuse of Commercial Secrets

All personnel of our company, as well as partners, suppliers and other relevant personnel who have access to commercial secrets, shall not disclose, spread, copy, transfer or use commercial secrets for any purpose other than the agreed legitimate business needs. We will conduct regular inspections and supervision on the protection of commercial secrets, and take legal measures to pursue the liability of any unit or individual that intentionally or negligently causes the leakage of commercial secrets, and require them to compensate for the losses caused thereby.

4. Responsibilities of Third Parties

If we need to entrust a third party to provide services (such as technical support, data processing, etc.) that involve user information or commercial secrets, we will conduct strict audits on the third party's information security capabilities and confidentiality qualifications, and sign a formal confidentiality agreement with the third party, clearly stipulating the third party's confidentiality obligations and liability for breach of contract. We will supervise and manage the third party's service process to ensure that the third party properly protects user information and commercial secrets, and will immediately terminate the cooperation and pursue the third party's liability if the third party violates the agreement and causes information leakage.

5. Legal Compliance

We will strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations on data protection and commercial secret protection in the countries and regions where we operate, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other local applicable laws and regulations. If we are required to disclose user information or commercial secrets in accordance with legal procedures (such as court subpoenas, administrative orders, etc.), we will strictly follow the requirements of the law and disclose only the necessary information, and notify the relevant users in a timely manner if permitted by law.

6. Policy Updates and Notification

We will update this Policy in a timely manner according to changes in laws and regulations, business development and technological progress. The updated Policy will be published on our official website, APP or other prominent positions, and we will notify users of the update content through appropriate means (such as email, push notification, etc.) to ensure that users know the latest privacy protection measures. The updated Policy will take effect from the date of publication, and the old Policy will be automatically invalidated.
