BlissPak custom blister trays for surgical instruments are manufactured from qualified medical‑grade PETG. The material maintains stable physical properties after repeated EO sterilization cycles without yellowing or brittleness. Its low‑particle‑shedding feature protects syringes and needles from particulate contamination, and favourable transparency allows visual inspection of components within sealed packages.

Produced by vacuum thermoforming, each tray can be customised to match the exact outline of your surgical components. Specially contoured cavities hold syringes and needles securely to minimise movement and prevent needle‑tip scratches during handling and shipping. Cavity layout and depth can be fully adjusted to adapt to your existing production and assembly procedures.

Uniform flat flange edges support stable heat‑sealing with standard medical lidding films. Such reliable sealing forms a complete sterile barrier for finished medical units. It effectively blocks external contaminants and maintains sterility throughout storage, transport and distribution.

BlissPak’s in‑house thermoforming facility offers prototype sampling before bulk production. Overall tray dimensions, material thickness and cavity arrangements are all configurable. Strict in‑line quality control guarantees high dimensional repeatability, delivering stable outputs for mid‑volume and large‑volume medical‑device packaging orders.
