BlissPak supplies high-performance PET clamshell for wax melts, perfectly designed for 1‑oz soy wax melts for aroma and candle brands. Each clamshell comes with a single cavity and a large blank front panel. This blank space allows brand owners to attach self-adhesive labels easily, with no need for pre-printing, making it ideal for own-brand packaging projects.

Reliable PET Material Performance

Made of premium PET plastic, this soy wax melt clamshell is eco-friendly, healthy, non-toxic and tasteless. The PET material will not chemically interact with wax or dye, preserving the original color, scent and quality of your finished wax melt cubes. Do not pour wax above 150 °F (65 °C); exceeding this temperature may cause shell deformation.

0.6mm Reinforced Shell & Leak-Proof Seal

We thicken the plastic sheet to 0.6mm, improving overall durability. The hardened shell is simple to separate after wax curing. Its snap-fit clamshell structure creates tight, leak-free sealing. It stabilizes wax block shape and preserves delicate texture during stacking, transportation and long-term retail shelf display.

Professional Pouring & Cooling Guidelines

For premium finished results, cool wax to 140 °F (60 °C) or lower before pouring. Slowly pour the wax when it reaches approximately 55°C; lower pouring temperatures deliver smoother wax surfaces. Always let the wax fully cool and solidify for 12 hours before closing the clamshell lid to avoid deformation.

Pre‑production samples are available for performance testing before formal mass‑run.
