9.  Produce the other half similarly, without thermoforming.

Protective Film

The protective film provides an extra layer of protection for the blister coin holder, making it more resistant to dust and scratches, ensuring it remains intact during transportation and handling.

10. Apply protective film and pack separately for delivery.

11. End user places gold bar into blister cavity, removes liner from double-sided tape on other half, aligns and presses, then peels off protective film.

Added Security: Anti-Counterfeiting Features

At BlissPak, we understand that authenticity is everything in the precious metals market. That's why we offer integrated anti-counterfeiting solutions as part of our packaging process:

Laser holographic labels: Visually striking and difficult to replicate, these labels add a layer of brand protection.
QR code traceability: Each package can include a scannable QR code that links to product information, batch numbers, or certification details.
One-time-opening structure: Combined with tamper-evident tape, this design ensures any attempt to open the package leaves clear evidence.

These features not only protect your product - they also build trust with end users, whether they are collectors, investors, or distributors.
