BlissPak is a professional manufacturing company serving customers worldwide, specializing in  Vacuum Forming molds and precision component manufacturing. We adhere to the core values of efficiency, sustainability, safety, and high quality, aiming to deliver products that are reliable, compliant, and trusted by our customers.Rapid tooling and mass production of custom parts are the core strengths of BlissPak. With years of industry experience and a professional team of over 100 skilled employees, we are fully capable of providing one-stop manufacturing services from prototype development to mass production.

To ensure fast turnaround and flexibility for design modifications, BlissPak commonly uses the following materials for mold manufacturing:P20 pre-hardened steel – suitable for rapid tooling and easy engineering modifications,7075 aluminum alloy or QC-10 aluminum – ideal for high-precision molds and short lead-time projects. The appropriate selection of mold materials allows us to balance durability, precision, and delivery speed according to project requirements.

BlissPak Standard Manufacturing Workflow

1. Design for Manufacturability (DFM) Analysis

Upon receiving an order, our engineering team will first conduct a comprehensive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis. This stage covers:

Compatibility with thermoforming machines

Thermal forming method and cooling method

Vacuum arrangement method

Forming efficiency

Tolerance control

Wall thickness optimization

Deformation and warpage prevention

Our engineers will propose professional optimization suggestions based on manufacturing experience. Customers are required to confirm all critical dimensions and any factors that may affect part appearance or functionality.

2. Lead Time Confirmation

The official production lead time starts after the DFM analysis is approved by both BlissPak engineers and the customer.

3. Raw Material Inspection & Incoming Quality Control

All mold and part raw materials are subject to strict incoming quality inspection before entering production. Material suppliers must provide a Certificate of Analysis to ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements.

4. Trial Tooling & First Article Inspection

Before shipment, BlissPak engineers will perform initial mold trials and provide:Sample validation,Dimensional inspection,Measurement reports based on engineering drawings. This process ensures all parts meet the required specifications for size, tolerance, and appearance.

5. Mold Modification & Engineering Change Support

If mold adjustments or engineering changes are required after testing, BlissPak will respond quickly and work closely with the customer to implement revisions efficiently.

6. Final Production & Order Fulfillment

Once samples are approved and accepted by the customer, BlissPak will proceed with final mold production or mass part manufacturing to complete the order.

7.Quality Assurance

Throughout the entire production process, BlissPak project engineers continuously monitor dimensions, tolerances, and visual quality to ensure consistent and stable output.
