Custom PET Blue Thermoformed Tray

We successfully developed a custom PET blue thermoformed tray for Tuoren Medical Co., Ltd., covering the full process from design, material selection, mold development to mass production. The tray is part of our medical packaging solutions, designed to protect medical devices while supporting automated handling and efficient production workflows.

The tray is made from medical-grade PET material, providing excellent transparency, durability, and stability. The blue color coding enhances quick identification and area separation, meeting strict requirements for medical device packaging safety and production efficiency.

Utilizing our in-house thermoforming mold expertise, we optimized mold design for precision, durability, and mass production consistency. Multiple rounds of sample verification and trial production ensured smooth batch delivery, showcasing our ability to provide end-to-end medical packaging and mold solutions.
