Customer Visit and Technical Guidance on Thermoforming Mold Production

Recently, our company welcomed an Japanese  customer for an on-site visit and technical exchange. The customer toured our production facilities and gained an in-depth understanding of our thermoforming  mold manufacturing process, including design, machining, assembly, and trial validation.

During the visit, our engineering team introduced the complete workflow of thermoforming mold development, covering product evaluation, mold parting design, mold core machining, assembly, and trial forming. Key technical aspects such as draft angle design, vacuum hole layout, mold core segmentation, and dimensional accuracy control were discussed in detail.

Based on the product application requirements and mass production considerations, the customer provided valuable technical feedback and suggestions. Our engineers conducted on-site discussions with the customer and reached a consensus on several optimization measures, laying a solid foundation for further mold improvement and product performance enhancement.

Through this visit, the customer expressed strong recognition of our engineering capability, manufacturing equipment, and quality control system for thermoforming molds. Both parties agreed that continuous technical communication and close cooperation will contribute to more stable mold performance and long-term partnership.
